「非常不好的經驗！旅館資訊説明24小時入住服務，並且在入住前一天以電子郵件通知住房登記的密碼，但我們在晚上十點抵達時，卻無法成功使用該密碼取得入住的房號和房門卡片！ 現場沒有任何人可以協助，連大門口的對講機也沒有回應，致電Hotel.com的客服中心請求協助，也無法和飯店的任何人聯絡上！折騰了三個小時才由第三位客服中心作業員安排到20公里外的另一個酒店入住，國際電話講了近三小時、再加上駕車的時間、油錢和過路費都是增加的費用啊⋯⋯ 之後也沒有任何來自該酒店的訊息或道歉，真的很誇張。從來沒有想到會有這樣的情況和住宿服務，請大家千萬不要再選擇這樣的業者！」

「The hotel is very nice with lovely rooms and amenities. The pool area was nicely done. The king size bed was extremely uncomfortable however which is unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. The food in the bar was basic and the flies present in the lobby made for an uncomfortable eating experience. Overall would give it 8/10」

「We arrived at 1430, an hour before check in. We were turned away after starting our journey in London at 0430. We asked to wait in a public area but were told there was nowhere to sit and wait. The photos of the property show this to be to the contrary. Not welcoming at all. The minibar in the communal kitchen , run on an ‘honesty write down your usage basis ‘in a notebook was somewhat spoiled by a cctv camera pointed directly on it. Didn’t feel we were in Provence. 」

「In the center of Eygalieres, above a restaurant, a/c, huge updated room and bathroom, nicest staff, best mattress, we could not find better! In the morning we discovered it was brocante day, right in front of the hotel.」

「This has to be the cutest bed & breakfast I’ve ever stayed at! The breakfast was beautifully prepared & sooo delicious! Our room was so beautiful! The property alone is just stunning! The lady who checked us in was so helpful & sweet! I will definitely be coming back here for our next stay!」

「Demandez et vous obtiendrez : c'est la philosophie et les actes réels du gérant de cet hôtel et de son équipe L'equipe et l'hotel merite très largement notre merci. Un seul tout petit 'reproche' : la taille des serviettes mériterait d'être augmentée et avec un tissu plus absorbant mais avec la canicule, rester légèrement humide n'était pas trop gênant. Impatient que le restaurant re-ouvre et alors, on n'aura plus aucune raison de ne pas profiter de l'hôtel et de sa magnifique piscine à temps...
