The hotel has a great location next to the river and the family room was clean and cozy, just like in the photos. However, there was no air-conditioning, some electrical sockets didn’t work, and the coffee machine in the lobby was broken. Parking was a problem, especially late in the day, and the EV charging spots were always blocked by non-EVs — with no action from staff. Speaking of staff, they were polite but spoke very little English, which made communication difficult. Dinner at the restaurant requires a reservation in advance — we weren’t informed, so we couldn’t eat there. Breakfast was overpriced (€22) and disappointing, with stale bread, cheap cold cuts, and a poor omelette. Overall, not well maintained and not good value for the price.

Lovely setting, nice rooms. Staff in the restaurant was rude when we asked if we could just have dessert. No access to coffee in the room - not even hot water.

deception du séjour

Ne pas choisir une chambre côté voie ferrée vous serez déranger la nuit par les trains et la sonnerie du passage à niveau. Eviter les chaleurs car le climatiseur fait un bruit d'enfer et sur la mezzanine les enfants ne disposent que d'un ventilateur. Le restaurant est très cher pour le peu de choix proposé, une seule entrée, 3 plats principaux dont un tartare qui ressemble plus à une purée de viande tant il est mouliné très très fin. Le personnel était très sympathique et la literie bonne.

Nous y étions déjà allés et avons voulu laisser une seconde chance à l'établissement malheureusement nous avons été aussi déçus que la première fois. D'autant plus que cette fois-ci nous n'avons pas été gâtés par nos voisins de chambre et avons pu découvrir l'insonorisation inexistante

Excelente hospedagem, lugar muito bonito

Fomos muito bem atendidos, nosso quarto era limpo, tranquilo e confortável. O hotel é muito bonito, de frente para o rio com restaurante e área externa super agradáveis. É possível estacionar gratuitamente na rua ao lado do hotel. Wifi funcionou direitinho.

Hotel zit op een mooie locatie, op 5 min rijden van Saint Hubert. Mijn kamer was prima, goed bed, fijne douche. Mooi uitzicht aan de achterkant van het hotel. Ook veel mooie natuur in de omgeving. Wel jammer dat er 's nachts aan de weg of het spoor gewerkt werd, waardoor er veel herrie was. En ontbijt voor 18 euro pp vind ik persoonlijk erg duur, heb ik dan ook niet gedaan. Een broodje en beleg van de Lidl is ook prima.

Personeel op dag 1 waar vriendelijk. Jonge mensen die ons goed konden ondersteunen. Dag 2 zaten er iets oudere mensen die service niet kenden. Avondeten was prima maar wel vrij prijzig. Ontbijt was belabberd. 18 euro, maar brood was op, geen verdere warm eten (eieren, bacon, worstjes of iets dergelijks), drinken stond niet koud en melk was al lauw.

Petit nid douillet et une hôte très gentille

La chambre que nous avions était grande, bien agencée, au calme, avec une petite terrasse privative. Parfait donc. Et que dire de la gentillesse de la propriétaire, très compréhensive face aux petites soucis privés que j'ai eu (et qui n'ont rien à voir avec l'hôtel), une dame empathique et très compréhensive, je le répète. Merci à elle...

Bedden zijn te klein voor twee personen. Er warm op de kamer. Veel last gehad van het verkeer. Geen deur voor de badkamer. Deur van het toilet kon niet op slot. P.s. bed kraakte enorm met het omdraaien. Ontbijtbuffet was voor 15.00 euro aan de matige kant, veelste duur, moet voor dat geld mee uitgebreide.
