"Le Manoir Stonehaven est tout simplement superbe. Le grand spa extérieur est fabuleux, encore plus magique entouré de neige. Mais au-delà du décor et des installations, c’est surtout le service exceptionnel de Maxime et Caroline à la réception qui fait toute la différence et rend l’expérience réellement digne d’un Relais & Châteaux. On sent que plusieurs membres du personnel sont nouveaux et parfois un peu perdus, mais Maxime et Caroline sauvent la donne : attentionnés, efficaces, chaleureux, et toujours prêts à trouver une solution. "
