"Les chambres indiquées ne sont pas du tout celles que nous avons eues. Nous nous sommes retrouvés dans une partie qui ne doit pas être loué car indiqué privé. La salle de bain était salle, l'état de la cuisine, des équipements (réfrigérateur, congélateur, micro-ondes)etc dans un état insalubres. On a voulu nous servir des aliments périmés et décongelés (le steack avait le gout de poisson), qui cotoyaient les touffes de poils de chiens. "Sadly this was not good. Can’t understand the wonderful reviews. The carpet in room 121 was absolutely disgusting. Badly stained and even threadbare patch. Certainly not what you would expect on a 4* property and not at 115 euros. Bartender was sitting at a table talking, when asked for service he said he would be along but continued to leave us waiting. The restaurant had a limited menu also so after the fiasco with drinks we walked into town-lots of choice of restaurants and bars. The state of the carpet in the room creeped me out. Will definitely not be back. Stayed at many mercure hotels as we travel through France & Spain 4 times a year. This one really lets the group down "
