「Very welcome reception, Frederick was helpful and informative about all aspects of the hotel and the neighbourhood. The hotel is very basic though there is a kettle and coffee and tea in the bedroom. I would highly recommend adding a bar and a bathmat in the shower as the tub is very slippery and certainly for older or less agile folks it felt dangerous getting in and out and I slipped and banged my knee rather badly. 「It’s a nice, clean apart-hotel, not too far from the city center. If you are in good health you can walk to the Japanese garden, to the Garonne, and to the city center. It’s a bit of a walk to the Midi metro, but it wasn’t a problem. I would definitely stay here again. Also, the bed was comfortable. 」

「Location is perfect. Staff is great - very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Rooms are typically European-sized. Beds are comfortable. Really appreciated the complementary water dispenser - still or carbonated. Just a delightful stay. 」
