「Wonderfully tranquil hotel. A million dollar view. Few issues with ants in the balcony. Some communication issues - I was promised an invoice by email but nothing was sent. Additionally, I was charged for 4 breakfasts instead of 3. The staff said they were “unable” to credit my card for the additional breakfast,?which seemed strange to me. Very helpful staff and attentive to requests.」

「Water outage for 36 hours. No drinking water provided by establishment. We had to use a bucket to collect swimming pool water to flush the toilet. No communication by staff concerning the outage. Confusion by owner on prepaid status & how to collect from hotels.com Required multiple phone calls on my behalf. No WIFI at all, even though they state that there is WIFI. Bed was 140 cms wide, not suitable for a couple, so my spouse had to sleep on a bunk bed in the other bedroom. Bathroom and shower...
