「My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property. Great location in Black River on the beach. The place was easy to find, safe, and clean. The beds were very comfy, cool AC, and had great wifi. I highly recommend staying here and will stay again in the future」

「Kudehya is why people wish to visit TBeach. Daily water & coffee could be supplemented with light breakfast of fruit, cereal & toast. I should have requested tea bags instead of coffee.We could walk to next door property for meals but lingering on Kudehya 's property in the mornings would have been lovely... the we maintained garden the spashing of waves & inviting breeze..just delightful! Outdoor shower very nice too but water is available too!」

「This property is a hidden jewel. Very quiet and very peaceful. Not in the heart of the town, with all the hustle and bustle. But close enough to the historical town of Black River, the capital of St. Elizabeth parish. Also a little historical fact, it was the first town to receive electricity. The property is near to famous attractions such as Black River Safari, YS falls, Jamaica Zoo, and Holland Bamboo. Love this property!」

「The views are unique overlooking the Caribbean sea. Location is really great...but grounds and building could do with some TLC」

「Shared kitchen area was nice for making breakfast. On the beach which is great. Very laid back and peaceful. Building and appliances are worn and rooms we had didn’t have AC, but had fans which were ok. WiFi is present but signal strength varies, which is also ok. Overall, a simple and relaxing stay with a cost to match.」

「Rustic environs were pleasing 」

「Upon arrival, the hotel greeter Allison advised us they we did not have a reservation or paid booking. We than showed her a copy of receipt and paid booking from 2 months ago. Expedia called the hotel and they finally gave us a key. 30 minutes later Alison called our phone demanding payment.No hot water and ac is more like a fan. Not sure if the hotel was trying to scam us since we our foreigners to them. Save the hassle and book somewhere else」
