「非常重要：此古堡酒店沒有空調。優秀之處：房間非常漂亮，交通方便適合沒有駕駛執照的旅行者，番茄紀念品店的員工很友善，番茄商品質量很好。但是沒有空調，房間於晚上熱得如同烤箱，即使開窗也沒法散熱。我有呼吸道疾病，因此一直咳嗽。古堡戶外反而更涼。接待處職員提供的一把電風扇也沒有作用。由於鄰近森林，開窗後吸引大量蚊子，我被咬了十多口。6月的房間售價200歐而獲得此體驗，並不舒適。只推薦秋冬時訪問」

「This was a very nice hotel in a good location and with friendly and helpful staff. The hotel had no car park of its own, but there was a car park across from the hotel. The room was clean but it had no coffee making facilities and the air conditioning was difficult to operate. The evening meal was slightly disappointing; the breakfast was simple, but good. We would be happy to stay there again」

「总体来讲还不错，房间清洁、大人双人床是大床，酒店在一个村镇边的山坡上。唯一遗憾的是，本来是想体验住城堡的感觉的，谁知道网上提供的泳池景观房不在城堡里面，而在后来在城堡外山脚下新建的泳池边的小平房里，城堡里晚上10点后还锁门，泳池房像为遗弃的孩子。好在当地治安不错，否则我们一定担心死安全问题。因此，想体验城堡住宿的，千万不要订泳池景观房。酒店的早餐很一般。」

「入住當天旅館接待人員晚間主動詢問我們幾點抵達，我們當時預估九點左右，我們大概九點零五分抵達後，旅館人員也還在櫃檯等待我們，其實他是九點下班，很感謝他加班為了迎接我們。 整個飯店很有歷史感，有可愛的花園，距離雪儂梭堡步行五分鐘即可抵達，房間寬敞有一個小陽台，也有提供咖啡茶和礦泉水，也可以直接向櫃檯購買夏儂索堡的門票，免除排隊的時間。 唯一感覺較不便的是沒有電梯，但是考量飯店的歷史，能夠理解。 旅館有自己的停車場，不額外收費，非常方便。」

「Beautiful well kept hotel with true 5 star service. Rooms are beautifully decorated and a good size. The indoor pool is nice but they should have a sign that says it is a quiet pool as we were told off by staff that we were being too loud. Aside from this incident, the breakfast was nice and varied, check in and check out was smooth.」

「Chambre correcte mais tres mal isolée phoniquement, on entend énormément les personnes sur les paliers et montant les escaliers. L'espace salle de bain est vieillot, abîmé par endroit, la fond des toilettes noirâtre, meriterait detre détartré. 」

「This hotel was nice and a good value. We enjoyed our room and it was located a 10 minute drive away from Chateau Chambord. Parking was a bit limited, and don’t plan on arriving early because there is no one at reception until check in time (and they’re only there for limited hours, so keep that in mind!) Overall we enjoyed our stay.」
