"Uncleaned bathrooms. Small room, couldn’t keep the triple because it was dirty and had to move to a smaller room as they said they didn’t have any more triples. Hotel staff doesn’t replenish not even the water of bottle in the room. Apparently it’s only 1 bottle per stay regardless of how many days you’re there."

"I loved it that this hotel was situated right at the lake. The ferry to Ivoire is right across from the hotel. The breakfast buffet is good and the service is nice as well.
