「Floors were clean but I don’t walk on hotel carpet while barefooted & this was no different. Upholstered chair in room was worn & dirty. Sink & mirror borders were scraped & finish was worn off.」

「The Quality Inn at Port Huron was terrible. The property was not maintained. Weeds everywhere. When I went to check in there was a motorbike inside in the front door. I could barely get in. No one was a the front desk. The desk clerk came in from outside smelling of weed. Checked me in. We were in a hurry because we were attending a wedding. When we arrived back later in the evening our room smelled of stale smoke. Cigarette butts were on the floor. We always request a non smoking...

「This is advertised as a hotel and it is most definitely a road side motel. Transitioning to new owners, rooms and property are a mess. oom that was booked was not was offered on site, instead I was charged $20 more for the room that was pictured on hotels.com- credit card information was written in a notebook. Zero on the professional property scale.」
