「The staff was wonderful, room was very clean. Only thing I didn’t like was the palm tree island in the middle of the pool. It didn’t leave much room for people. Other than that my stay was wonderful. 」

「They (the hotel) five days after checking out have not applied my credit on my room of over $300.00. It was showing on Saturday; but, now is not showing on my card I used to pay for the room at the hotel. I left three days early do to having the flu and the $300 for those unused days has not been applied to my card I used to pay for the room at the hotel. The hotel is improving but they need to keep original processes in place until the new is proven and the staff knows how to work it....

「The hot water never got hot in the shower/bathtub. The floor was cold and needs a few rugs. I felt the lock on the door seemed flimsy and could be broken into easily. I appreciate the lower cost and don’t want all the amenities but the basics were lacking. 」

The lock was broken and every night that I was there I complained about the lamp on the night table. 「Someone tried to get into our room - they opened the dead bolt but the latch stopped them. We called the front desk. He came apologized said he saw nothing but would have mgmt get back to us and review cameras. We checked out in our pjs at 11pm and they will NOT give us a refund. They said it was the front desk guy and it was an accident. WTH ... Why wouldn't he have said that then .... 」
