"Went the weekend before Memorial Day and I would have expected the hotel to be in full swing and ready for the summer. Instead there was quite a bit of construction going on and about half of the shops/restaurants. Other than that, the rooms and hotel are nice if not dated, the beds are very comfortable and the beach is beautiful,"

"We had the pleasure of staying at this property. The staff (Jeff and Mike)were very accommodating,and professional. Check in was a breeze. The room was very clean,and spacious. We stayed on the ground floor Ocean View King. Beautiful views of their private beach,and P Town. The sunsets were spectacular!!! My only suggestion is that it would be great if they had sensors on the outside lights. They are very bright,and the amount of bugs they attract is unbelievable!! Every time we had to go in or out our door soooo many bugs would fly in our room!! We definitely will visit again,but I will bring bug spray."
