「Minden a várakozásainknak megfelelő volt, a szoba, a textilek tiszták. A klíma hőfokát nem lehetett állítani (fűtöttünk vele), így túl meleg volt.」

「Very nice hotel. Great location in central Valletta. Most of the staff is excellent, knowledgeable and helpful. Good amenities. Couldn't check in when we got there, so we left our bags and toured the city. When we returned, the room was ready and the bags had already been brought up. 」

「I had tried to cancel this hotel booking 3 weeks ago through hotel.com ! Unfortunately, according to hotels.com CS, the hotel Had no response at all to our request for fully refund due to the Coronavirus case , therefore we couldn’t fly and had to cancel our flight !! Until now , we still waiting for the hotel to response to our refund , even now the date for staying had Already passed and we still had no response from this hotel ! Although I haven’t stay in this hotel but this kind of services...

「Magnific hotel situated in a quiet and relaxing place just in front of a beautiful sandy beach. The appartement type room was spacious, clean and equipped with everything we needed. Excellent hotel providing variety of service for clients. The staffs make efforts for your comfortable stay. The only negative point that we didn't like so much was the breakfast (same things served everyday).」

「We love the Kempinski and though we did not get the room upgrade we had asked for the stay was perfect. We hosted a dinner for 15 and they could not have been more accommodating, professional and excellent. The service was outstanding from beginning to end.」
