「Top Service! Top Management! Selten so freundliches Personal in Ägypten angetroffen! Egal in welchem Bereich des Hotel, alle freundlich und hilfsbereit! Das Essen ist sehr gut und man hat eine gute Auswahl. Das Hotel entspricht, bzw. übersteigt seine Sterne Bewertung! Fitness Studio sehr gut ausgestattet, Strand sehr gepflegt. Zimmer angemssen. Ich werde wieder kommen! 」

「If you really want to enjoy your vacation, don’t ever visit this place & meet such people. They are bunch of liars, crooks & cheaters and they know nothing about customer service. If there was zero in the overall score, I would have given it to them.」

「Food was good with a wide variety , the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful always , room and house keeping was always on time and my sincere greetings to reception man Mohamed Radi who welcomingly hosted us during our stay.
My only negative point that the AC was working only on fan mode in winter although it was so hot for us inside the room」
