"We had a great 3-night stay at Rosencat. Our host was lovely and happy to give plenty of recommendations for things nearby. She speaks excellent English which was very helpful for us. Great location with delicious kaiten sushi nearby (Maruishi). It was really helpful to have somewhere to park our car too. Sound travels easily but guests are very considerate of this and we had peaceful sleeps. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a great base to explore Sado Island from."

"Beautiful Japanese setting. Loved the tatami mats and the bathroom facilities. Appreciated the hotel driver that picked us up where the bus dropped us off and then gave us a tour and took us to the salt mines the next day."
