"Most everything was great. Only complaint is hearing noise upstairs (running) late at night as we were on the 1st floor. Not the hotel’s fault— just annoying. It was crowded this trip as it was Easter weekend. More kids so more noise. "

"I was woke up at 4:30am to the sound of water rushing down from the ceiling in my bathroom. I called the front desk. No one answered. I had to walk down there to find someone. That individual then told me he would go check the floor above to see what was going. Over an hour passed and I had beers nothing, as water contained to pour out from the ceiling. I had to walk down to the front desk again to ask what was going on, and all I was told is that they had called maintenance. I wasn’t offered another room or anything. I had to ask if they could switch me to a different room. The 3rd floor had water coming from the ceiling, not only in my room, but down the entire hall as well. "
