Check in went smoothly. The clerk was efficient and friendly. The king suite was well worth the additional money. Ear plugs were on the nightstands in case the train noise was bothersome. Room was spotless as well.

This is a beautifully updated hotel. I loved my room. It was very large. It had a very comfortable bed. It had a big bathroom with a giant shower and a Jacuzzi tub. There was a big balcony with comfy chairs. All good.

I had a great experience at the hotel. Although it is located between the highway and the train line, it was surprisingly quiet and I was not disturbed by any noise. The staff was excellent—very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I initially experienced some issues with the internet connection, but the team was diligent and quick to resolve the problem. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

The person who checked me in intentionally turned the screen away from them took forever checking me in all while typing madly. The. Didn’t give my ID back until I promoted him. Very strange. Then in the room there was a plastic bag covering the fair alarm. I don’t want to touch it - felt very strange - I did report it at the front desk upon check out. I took a picture of the bag over the fire alarm. It made me very uncomfortable.
