"I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED; THE FLOOR WAS NEVER SWEPT. THE CARPET WAS NEVER VACUMED. MY BEDDING WAS NEVER CHANGED. I HAVE STAYED AT MANY HOTELS AND THIS WAS THE WORST. I FOUND CONTACTS LENSENCE IN THE COFFEE MAKER AND TRIED TO CLEAN IT OUT AND I COULDNT WORK A MIRACLE."

"Our plane was canceled because of weather and we missed our flight. I called the hotel eight hours before and said we are stuck in Chicago. Can I please cancel my hotel reservation. The staff person was snarky, rude and told me that I was going to be charged 100% even though there was no way for me to get to Sacramento as I was stuck in Chicago. I travel a fair amount and so does my family. I was appalled by how this was handled. hard pass on this Hotel."

"Airport shuttle was great, pool was out of order, surrounding area dismal, stay away from rooms facing McDonalds, you’ll hear the drive through. Breakfast was just ok, prepackaged snacks"
