Here's a message you can send: Dear Manager, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. The room I was assigned lacked basic essentials — there was no trash can, no towels for drying, and the phone was disconnected from the wall. These are not minor oversights; they reflect a serious lack of attention to guest comfort and basic standards. I expected a minimum level of care and was disappointed at every turn. As a result, I will not be returning to your establishment and cannot recommend it to others. I trust you will take the necessary steps to ensure future guests do not have the same experience. Dogs allowed contrary to Expedia’s claim. AC worked, TV remote broken, no washcloths; we were able to park early and leave car after checkout while biking along river trail. It’s not a nice hotel, feels a bit sketch, pool dirty, we had a quiet night, bed fine/clean, the best feature is that it is cheap. Cockroach appears as I lifted purse from floor.

Room furniture outdated and worn. Smoke alarm removed from ceiling and placed in a closet. Wifi did not initially work. The microwave in the room was grimy on top. The remote to the tv was broken and held together with duck tape, had to request a replacement. Dog fecis located on the ground in numerous common areas. The romm did not even provide throwawat plastic cups. The shower and bathrrom floor was slippery when wet while showering and had to use 1 of 2 bath towels provide for a bath mat. I checked out 1 day ealry and lost $ i has paid for the 2nd night. Worst hotel i have ever experienced

The only good thing about the property is that it was cheap, but the room came with lots of problems. And no particular order: 1. There were cockroaches. 2. There was not a waste basket in the entire room or bathroom. 3. The hot and cold water are reversed from the direction shown in the shower. 4. The cable connections are pulled out of the wall and have open circuits. 5. The television has poltergeist and turned itself on randomly at 3:30 in the morning, and I had to pull the plug to get it to shut off because the remote control did not work. I never did get back to sleep. 6. The toilet paper in the bathroom only had a half of a roll and no extra.

This hotel has the rent by the hour vibes. The parking lot was full of people who appeared to be living there. The pics looked ok, we did not even end up checking in the parking lot and lobby made us feel so unsafe. We bought the coverage and tried to cancel and get refunded but the coverage is a trap. Don’t stay here no matter what and don’t waste money on trip insurance.

This property costs 50. per night. I should have known this would be a terrible place for my husband to stay. No toilet paper, no towel bar in the bathroom, shabby furnishing, and noisy neighbors all night long. I'm never going to live this hotel down with my husband.

I would not recommend this place especially if you have family. The outside looks like it’s not well maintained, low lighting inside the room, tv was missing a remote, you could hear the neighbors yelling, you had people in ankle monitors walking around, the pool hasn’t been maintained in a long time. I didn’t feel safe being there. Although the staff support was excellent.

Oh my if you are going to this property you have to set your expectation. It's just simply a horrible place to be. It's cheap and that's only plus. I think they on purpose make it bad to prove it is cheap.. believe me, take your own bedsheet. I have no idea how the rooms were made, it squeaks if you put a single step. and shakes in a way that the "wardrobe" rattles. everywhere it is unfinished and feels like a haunted house. And the population here is pretty interesting too obviously. Most of the time you will hear folks shouting and the walls are made in a way that it feels like they are seating next to you lol. well it's cheap but spend $10 more and you get a decent space.
