Although the property was dated and needed some maintenance here and there (a fresh coat of paint outside and some spackle, furniture/cosmetic repair and paint in the room) it was extremely clean. The breakfast buffet was great and also very clean and fresh. The lobby staff and room clean service were excellent. Plus, you can't beat the rates for the location and convenience to the convention center.

We needed a place to lay our head. It worked. Rooms were clean. Tight on space with two beds, but the AC blew cold, which was very nice to come to after long hot days out. Bed was comfortable. Shower got warm right away. Breakfast bar was one step above continental, but it was fine. It’s an older place. I expected a bit more for the money. The area is borderline sketchy, but I guess that’s downtown for any big city. The motel met all my basic needs. I was on a business trip and roomed with a coworker so it worked fine. I wouldn’t bring my wife there to stay though.

The cracks in the wall and the air-conditioning being off and taking a while to cool off the room was frustrating. Everything else was great, and the staff was wonderful and so accommodating for me

Very clean establishment. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Great location, within walking distance of most areas of interest. I was disappointed that the hot breakfast did not include eggs, sausage or bacon. Just a waffle iron and instant oatmeal. Muffins and danish were not even included. The air conditioner in our room was quite noisy and disturbed my sleep.

This is a very nice hotel to sleep in. Definitely a great location to see everything downtown has to offer. But the property is a bit dated and the rooms certainly look their age. All in all not bad for the location but definitely not the best if you're looking for a long-term stay.
