It's a long term hotel with seedy clientele. We were unable to check in at 5:15p, no one answered phones and a handwritten sign said no one would be back until 8a the following day. Expedia customer service even had a hard time getting in touch with them. Stay away.

READ THIS, YOU’RE WELCOME. room smelled like cigarettes when we walked in, this is more like a low end apartment complex than a motel/hotel, people blasting music on the walkway, open rooms like a party, some had personal chairs and plants on the walk way. I checked out to buy another hotel nearby within 1hr of checking in. which cost like 170$ vs this hotel’s 95$. Totally worth it. I didn’t even care about trying to get a refund. I get saving money is good, but this -95$ was a learning lesson that you can over do it. Good luck

There are a lot of full time residents at this motel. The building and grounds are messy and in disrepair. The desk clerk was nice and very helpful. The fly in my room all night was annoying as were the 2 bugs I saw crawling. There was only a half roll of toilet paper in the room - no spare rolls. The bed and bedding were comfortable and clean. Neighbors were noisy.

The bed had stains. The shower had hair. There were dead bugs on the floor. My neighbors to the left of me seem to be living there with a dog and they just let it bark. The neighbor to the right of me seem to live there as well and had the police come do a welfare check on them. I was there for 20min tops before I asked the clerk for a refund. Do not stay here.

I am extremely disappointed with this property. The place is terrible, it smells horrible, and it is completely unacceptable. What I found when I arrived is absolutely nothing like what was shown in the pictures or described when I made the reservation. The condition of the property is completely different from what was advertised. I do not feel comfortable staying here and will not be staying at this property. I am requesting a full refund because the accommodation I received is not what I paid for or what was advertised.

**The Worst Hotel Experience We’ve Ever Had** We travel frequently for our soccer team and stay at hotels regularly, so we know what to expect from a decent hotel. Unfortunately, our stay at Hi-Wheels Flats, booked through Expedia, was by far the worst hotel experience we have ever had. The property was filthy and far below acceptable standards. The staff appeared to be living on the property, and we witnessed staff members yelling at each other while cleaning rooms. Shortly afterward, the police were called, making an already uncomfortable experience even more concerning. The entire situation felt extremely unprofessional and made us feel uncomfortable during our stay. As a team that travels often, we understand that not every hotel is perfect, but cleanliness, professionalism, and a safe, welcoming environment should be basic expectations. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this property to other travelers, especially families and sports teams looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay. We booked through Expedia and were extremely disappointed with the quality of the accommodations and the overall experience.

The place was over booked so I showed up at the last minute since it was graduation weekend. They opened a room for me that was originally closed for some reason. Ten minutes car ride from campus. Worth the good price we paid. Starbucks close by. Onsite parking. Felt safe. Lots of local residents here it seemed. But the staff were very accommodating and got us a room. Thank you 🙏
