"I travel a lot and I just cannot recommend this hotel. Check in went fairly smoothly. We were in town for the March Madness tournament. Trying to order room service from the room phone took 4 attempts as the phone was old and didn’t work well. Breakfast at the Grange restaurant had terrible service as they were understaffed and unorganized. Coffee arrived without condiments or a spoon. Food order taken, but food never arrived. Other tables who came in after us got their food and were either eating, ate or finished before we finally gave up and walked out. The Valet at checkout took an extremely long time to bring the car. Many homeless people surrounding the hotel…"
