The guy at check in was great and the girl in the morning was nice too. The room was in good shape. The shower needs new caulking and the shower head needs replacement but I'm a builder so i notice that stuff. It's extremely minor. The staff was great and the room was quiet and comfortable. That's the most important part. 5/5

The staff was real kind. The hotel is deceiving though. Pics don’t match what they offer. Said they had a pool There was no water in the pool. Our refrigerator did not work. Blankets have cigarette holes all over- Looks like un-housed individuals found this place to hang out at. Oh and people yelling and fighting at night about un paid pu$$y. Breakfast is pre packaged pastries, coffee, tea with a locked lobby. Haha Anyway, the hotel has potential Just got to clean up the hotel a bit - and update info so people know what to expect with pools and so forth

Check-in was fine and the room itself was good enough (and actually spacious). But it was difficult to open the door, the floors were dirty, and it looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a long time. In addition, there were many transient types loitering and someone actually tried to open the door to my mom and daughter's room in the middle of the night. I would stay here again (it's cheap) by myself but I won't have my family stay here again.

You get what you pay for not bad if you just want somewhere to sleep, first room they gave us the heater didn't work so they were nice enough to move us to another room, tv antenna didn't work, wash cloths were so old they tore, other than that it's ok.

It had roaches and the towels were stained and the bed blankets smelled like pee. But wonderfully the price was great for 7days. Convince by stores and food and freeway. Pool was clean just no room services while there had to ask for clean towels and take out my own trash

The property was in poor condition. The service was poor. I did not know about the $150.00 fee that will be refunded in three working days. Other than that the beds were comfortabe. I will never stay there when I have to return to Mather Air Force Base.

Absolutely filthy with cigarette burns on the bedding, dirty sheets, broken furniture, leftover garbage, musty odor, and mold in the shower. The staff was very nice though and did their best to help.

The desk chair had a broken brace, the desk a big gash in a leg and the toilet seat was so loose it moved around on the toilet. Maintenance issues. The staff was great.

Room was not cleaned after departure of last guest. Bed was re-made with sheets that were absolutely disgusting. Spilled substances left on night stand. Refrigerator not cleaned and had obvious spills inside. Room was unusable. Staff was very friendly and undersetanding and quickly moved us to another room. Property as a whole is not being maintained well and is deteriorating.

Dirty. Old. But good employee at the desk. And they allow cash deposit so the next day I was able to have $150 in pocket plus I got a smoking room which is hard to come by this day and age. But sorry as hmm. Like they never wiped down the blow dryer. The walls in bathrooms and through the room are disgusting. Pillows were horrible quality I didn’t even pull down the blanket and didn’t want to take a shower in that bathroom.

The employees are really nice. Unfortunately the room was a bit mess up like it hasnt been updatd/remodel in years. The window was broken and fix with tape. The window leak air so made the room cold even tho the heater was turn on it was still bit cold. A/c heater said change filter on it and it did smell a bit but not much to worry about. The bed and pillows were really hard like damn.

scamming hotel

This hotel is really old and needs repairs. There is no pool. Also one microwave for the whole hotel and its in the srea where the front desk is and it is never open. They are always on break it seems, some of the staff is friendly. Also they will make up issues about your stay to keep the deposit. Also a week later they charged my card for 60 bucks claiming it was for 5 stained towels. However during checking out they charged someone $10 for one towel. There was 5 towels, so why were we charged 60 also why a week later?

Positives: Inexpensive (much less than local competition). Good hot water. Pretty good internet. A roof overhead. Negatives: Lobby was locked - all transactions were done through window with a thick piece of plexiglas (I'm guessing bulletproof?). All entrances to the hotel had bars on them except the one adjacent to the lobby. Room smelled very faintly of cigarettes. There was a desk in the room, but no chair. Bathtub drained very slowly. The promised "breakfast" consisted of packaged danishes and apples. That's it, except for coffee and fruit drink pouches.

I booked this room for 1 night, a King Sized-non-smoking room. We checked in early and I told them I didn't care if it was 2 beds or a king, they gave us a 2 queen bed room which was perfectly fine. We go to the room and it smelt horrible of smoke, the bedding had cigarette burns in the blankets, a huge hole in the wall by the ac/heater and a hole in the bathroom door they tried patching and the TV Screen had carvings across it. They switched rooms for us. It smelt cleaner, but one bed still had a cigarette burn in the blanket, the bathroom smelt like smoke, there looked like a dried booger on the wall by the sink, cracks in the bathroom floor tiles, the carpeting was dirty, both chairs were broken. I personally would not recommend this place at all for the overall condition of the property and honestly, my daughter and I did not feel very safe, even though the staff was nice.
