"El hotel esta muy bien ubicado cerca de la Plaza Mayor, y tiene un estilo bonito colonial. Por otra parte, las habitaciones son mas basicas de lo esperado, necesitan toallas en mejores condiciones, por lo menos incluir shampoo y cortinas de privacidad durante el dia, pues si abre la ventana para tener luz todos los huespedes ven su habitacion al pasar. El desayuno igual es muy muy basico, y el servicio necesita mejora, por lo menos un poco de amabilidad y atencion al cliente (es raro ver al encargado del hotel)"

"The dice and rooms are lovely. Very clean. The parking lot was full so we had to pay for our parking. We were not given our VIP discount on food and beverage. The only view to the plaza is from the restaurant which has limited hours. The cute fire rings in the court yard were never limit. Location is great. "

"Extraordinary property, amazing staff, included breakfast was delicious. Views are BREATHTAKING! Rooms are spacious, clean, and welcoming. Staff shared contact info for buggy tour at a reduced price. Absolutely amazing! "

"Terrible hotel, looks nice from the outside , but the rooms are old , smell bad and they were not too clean. When we got there , there was noone attending the service desk , it took awhile for someone to come. We asked if they can recommend a place to have dinner , and their response was that they could not help us with that. We were also given a set price when we made the reservations and once there, they charged us additional 19%. Don't come here, find a better hotel. The charge was too much for quality of the room. I will not recommend this hotel to family that loves to travel in colombia.
