The customer service at Expedia.com.my need upgrade.i not satisfied because the time I do transaction. There said that decline but u know my account have balance. Almost 1hour I deal with your foreign staff. Please prepare other solution for payment method. Example. Transfer to your company account and send slip to whatsapp or email. Not a very good experience, i got a room with broken water heater knob which make it very difficult to take shower. The room also looks very run down with a broken bed side lamps.
