"Cute and simple bed and breakfast. To improve:
- Mattress quality was really mediocre, way too soft, same with the pillows. Difficult to sleep well after a day of skiing.
- The younger woman at the reception desk was unfriendly and made it difficult to use the steam bath saying it was full when it wasn't. "
"Stayed here 3 nights with my wife and 1 year old child. They were extremely accommodating to us as a family of a young child. They provided a crib, were able to offer a larger room with more space for us, and were gracious as our 1 year old made a contained mess around breakfast. There’s not a lot of young children around Zermatt and I don’t see it as a given for them to be accommodating to them, so I truly appreciate them helping make this such a memorable experience for our young family. ...
"Great location - check out shuttle service from the train station and the access via the tunnel and lift up into the hotel to avoid the step hill with your luggage. Easy access to the town and all the routes to take you up high!
Lovely rooms are very clean, comfortable and quiet. And what a view - constantly changing with the weather and time of day! Sometimes there’s nothing to see because of the cloud, sometimes the mountain stands tall and dark, just before dawn you can see the small lights...
