Great location. First bust stop from the airport. The rooms were a bit dated but it wasn’t an issue only staying one night. The buffet breakfast was great.

Week for crosscountry skiing

Very good location, also very good breakfast and helpfull and friendly staff. Hotel condition is bad, interior and rooms are worn out like from 80’s. Needs urgent renovation.

5 Star, Excellent Customer Service and Care

We had an amazing stay. The staff is extremely friendly! Our car got stuck in the snow and we needed assistance getting it out. The front desk agent in the evening called a taxi for us and called us back to make sure that the taxi had arrived. The next morning the front desk agent Santeri took care of everything for us, arranging for a Polaris to help get our car out, calling us a taxi and keeping us informed along the way. This was 5 star service when our predicament was not related to our stay. This hotel takes great care of their customers!

We stayed for one night after traveling for 19 hours and it was perfect! The beds were so comfy, the staff was friendly and the food in the restaurant was to die for! I tried new foods and the presentations were beautiful. The desserts were delicious and unique. The room had a balcony, and a sauna and it was extremely comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was incredible.

may be the restaurant is small compared to the number of guests that the Hotel can have at the same time. as they do not accept booking for the table you never know if you'll find place to eat

Miellyttävä yöpyminen kaikille

Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä ja palvelevaa. Huoneisto oli kiva, siisti ja hyvin varusteltu. Jotain pientä, kuten pöytien pyyhkiminen oli unohtunut, mutta sänky oli miellyttävä, petivaateet laadukkaita, keittiö ja WC olivat siistit. Aamupala oli monipuolinen. Erityisesti jäi mieleen kuusenkerkkä shotit ja kuusenkerkkä- ja mustikkajauho ja mainitsemisen arvoinen ihana haudutettu kokojyväpuuro. Mukanamme oleva pieni koiramme, sai tervetuliaisena pienen herkkupussin sekä hotellissa käytettävän pyyhkeen ja vesikupin huoneeseen. Tunsimme itsemme tervetulleiksi.

Kiva hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla. Aamupala oli oikein hyvä, odotusten mukainen. Suksien huoltotila suorastaan loistava!! Ehkä on havaittavissa iän tuomaa "kulumista", pientä päivitystä hotelli alkaa kaipaamaan.

Hyvä sijainti, perusmajapaika

Hyvällä paikalla turismin ja kohteiden ytimessä. Meillä huoneisto, jossa sauna. Siisti mutta hieman kulunut perushuoneisto. Toimii pariskunnalle tai vaikka perheelle, jos sohva taipuu varavuoteeksi. Ilmastointi. Sisäilma kuiva. Kylppärissä kuivauskaappi. Erillinen wc. Keittiössä tarpeelliset välineet. Ylihintainen. Siivouksesta ei tarvinnut huolehtia. Aamupala runsas.

Ivalo空港からバスが出ていて、ホテルの前までいけます。 ロバニエミ方面へ行くバスやオプションツアーに参加する時も同じバス停が集合場所のことが多く、わかりやすかったです。 レセプションスタッフはとてもフレンドリーでした。 アパートタイプに滞在したため、チェックインした後は一度外に出て、中道を通って行くのですが、そこに10段くらいの階段があり、重いスーツケース持ちには中々辛かったです。 アパートまでは5分程度ですが、毎朝着込んで朝食を食べに行く必要があるため、部屋選びの際はその辺りも考慮した方がいいかもしれません。 部屋は予約時の説明通りで、サウナと乾燥機が重宝しました。 しっかりしたキッチンもついてるので自炊もできます。 一点だけ、ドアの開閉音が響きやすく、夜中も結構大きい音がして、気になって起きてしまうことがありました。 朝食ビュッフェは毎日同じ内容だったと思いますが、美味しくて品数も多く、自分で焼くワッフルが特に気に入りました。 日本でも同じワッフルメーカーがあれば買いたいくらいです。

Perustasoinen huone, kuitenkin kylmä ja vetoinen.suihkussa oli suihkusaippua lopussa, käytävällä ,joka oli alimmassa kerroksessa haisi selkeä home. Aamiainen oli kuitenkin loistava,joten hieman korjasi tilannetta.
