薩達Spa 飯店，旅行前必看！

「Everything about our stay was 5 stars! The staff were exceptional, friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile. A special thank you to Hiba from Guest Relations and Dora from the Entertainment Team, who truly made our stay unforgettable. If I could give them 6 stars, I absolutely would! They are a real credit to the hotel, and we can’t wait to come back.」

「Beautiful room, excellent pools, really lovely environment. Staff very smiley, polite and helpful. Almost faultless. They arranged taxis as needed. Spa was also wonderful. However….. Bottle of water 1L cost £6-7, air con hugely noisy, bed very uncomfortable, staff v e r y s l o w to serve drinks / food once ordered. It’s a new set-up so I have no doubt it will improve.」

「We spent a week here as a family of five (kids ages 7.14 and 17) and unfortunately would not return. Despite advertising 15 pools, there is nowhere to escape the constant noise. Loud music, water aerobics and entertainment play throughout the day, right up until 11pm and can be heard across much of the resort. Even the water park has music blasting all day. If you want a peaceful holiday, this is not the place. Our biggest issue was cleanliness. On arrival our room had clearly not been cleaned...

「Un lieu rare, où l’on se sent accueilli avec une attention vraiment personnalisée, presque sur-mesure. Le service est digne d’un hôtel de grand standing, tout en gardant la chaleur, la finesse et la discrétion d’une maison confidentielle. Chaque détail semble pensé pour que le séjour soit fluide, agréable et reposant : l’accueil, la disponibilité du personnel, la qualité des espaces, l’ambiance générale… tout donne envie de revenir. Honnêtement, on aurait presque envie de garder cette adresse...

「Nous avons l’habitude de fréquenter l’hôtel chaque été . Mention spéciale pour les serveurs et serveuses ( Mohamed oussama Ismail) ils sont au top . Tout de même nous avons été déçu de l’animation du soir . Les animations se passent dans une salle alors qu’auparavant c’était à l’extérieur qui été bcp mieux」
