"everything seemed clean. BUT our room should be renovated soon. Sink faucet handle gushed water when used. Tub was stained and atrocious--the plug no longer attached to a fixture in the drain. Entrance to tub/toilet room was a tripping hazard--wife tripped once on it. Internet access was spotty, and turned off and manually turned back on every 2 minutes or so. "

"When we checked in dirty rags were left in the room. In the morning there was no hot water to take a shower. When I called front desk the employee told me they are working on it and that management was on the way to the hotel. Fast forward an hour later, still no hot water. So I spoke to the front desk employee to get a partial refund and cancel my next night, she seemed like she was very bothered with that question."
