Singapore Oceanarium Tours

This is a self managed property. No manager, nothing. The cleaning lady tried so hard to assist with the checking in. She was a nice lady trying to help in absence of any other person. There was a QR code self checkin but at the time it had an issue and large number of visitors were just waiting for long time. Then, there was a beeping maintenance noise in the room which eventually they gave me a separate room to sleep for the night (but the inconvenience of moving some stuff with me). Then, for 2 days, wifi was not working. At the end, I decided to move out earlier and forget about the additional night I paid for.

Helpful staff and approachable.

Great customer service, the rooms were very small, but the staff made this place incredible! Thank you!!
