"Wonderful hotel, but we found it difficult to find the entrance located inside a shopping center. GPS led us to the right site, but the entrance was not obvious among the store fronts."

"The property was beautiful and relaxing. The rooms are decorated beautifully. Unfortunately the pool was empty and the beautiful dining room and restaurant shared lounge areas were closed as it is only open sporadically. You have to either self cater or visit a restaurant in the village about 10km away."

"We had a lovely stay and the staff were great. In the off season (early June) things seemed a bit sparse for our family time. We had hoped the “two playrooms” and outdoor activities advertised would be full of options for a getaway, but they were drab and had just a few options functional and required a small cost. The same on the grounds—the playground was fine, but dated and on damp days not worth much. We did walk across the N2 to the farm stall and had a nice time there! The room was good, although carpet made the room a tiny bit musty smelling and dated. Food was generally good, especially breakfast and especially on days when guests were plentiful (excellent omelet chef!). I would recommend the hotel fix up the indoor play room for a family with children of various ages and include free play when the weather is bad to increase customers when things are slow! It could be a great escape!!"
