Perfect place for Europapark

This is our second time staying at the hotel and the service was just as good. Nice, clean rooms; good breakfast; and a location perfect for visiting Europapark.

We stayed with my son to go to Europa Park. Restaurant on site is really good! It feels more like a dorm but it was fine except we had to lug all our luggage up the stairs to get to our room.

Stayed for a trip to europa park good location 15/20 mins walk to the park a short walk to hotel bell rock so you can get the shuttle bus to the water park the guest house was clean breakfast was great only problem i had was that the shower height adjust was broken and wouldn't stay fixed at a higher point pro tip you can leave the park though the spanish gate but not enter makes the walk back a lit shorter especially if you cut though hotel bell rock would absolutely recommend the guest house for a trip to europa park

Walking distance to Europa Park and food. Right next to grocery stores. Upper rooms are hot in the summer, even with the provided fan. The upper floor is stuffy with little airflow. Showerhead was dirty.

De kamer was heel groot, maar moet opgefrist worden. Er was een hittegolf en geen airco, wel 1 mobiele ventilator voor 2 kamers. Er was 1 matras van het tweepersoonsbed dat zakte in. Hierdoor niet goed geslapen.

Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Service. Das Zimmer ist an manchen Stellen renovierungsbedürftig und leider auch recht hellhörig. Aber die Lage, der problemlose Check in, das tolle Frühstück und die Freundlichkeit der Dame beim Frühstück/Rezeption sind spitze.

Huoneen avain ei ollut nimelläni varustetussa kuoressa vastaanoton safetyboxissa, vaikka niin oli meille ilmoitettu. Jouduimme soittelemaan. Keittiöhenkilökunta tai joku muu monitoimihenkilö avasi oven respaan ja häneltä saimme huoneen avaimen. Huoneet erillisessä rakennuksessa ja pintaremontin tarpeessa. Kylpyhuone erinomaisessa kunnossa, äskettäin remontoitu. "Kattohuoneiston" ikkunan kiinnilaittomekanismi rikki ja sieltä viileää ilmaa huoneeseen tarpeettomasti. Aamiainen tosi monipuolinen ja henkilökunta ystävällinen.

A 10 min d'europaparc, appart spacieux avec couchages nombreux. Un peu vétuste sur le meublier mais rien de penalisant. C'est propre et calme.

Im Großen und ganzen naja, war leider sehr kalt Nachts im gesamten Zimmer. Matratzen eine Albtraum... sehr durchgelegen, alle. Durch die Dachschräge konnte man leider auf der einen Betthälfte nicht aufstehen ohne aufpassen zu müssen das man sich nicht den Kopf stößt. (Bin wirklich kein großer Mensch). Sehr dünne Wände, man hört die Nachbarn. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und eine sehr gute Auswahl. Die Frau die sich um Frühstück und Check-in kümmert war super freundlich und aufmerksam!!
