「Little jewelry piece of America in the gorgeous city of Varna. If you appreciate warm Southern Midwest atmosphere of a family managed typical INN - that`s your place. Excellent staff and service, gazebo grill, tasty breakfast in the fruit garden, pool, gym, own covered parking, all suites in traditional romantic southern style. Hardly recommended!」

「Great location next to the Sea Gardens and the Main Street for Bars and Restaurants . Hotel is about a 40 minute walk to the main bus terminal. Staff are friendly and polite. Clean and comfortable rooms with a good breakfast. Cannot fault this hotel after a 2 night stay. 」

「We stayed in a very clean and comfortable room. It would have been nice if they had provided slippers in the room. Breakfast was quite sufficient. We were welcomed and seen off with a warm smile. We really liked it and are glad we chose Hugo Hotel. If we visit Varna again, we will definitely stay here again. A great place for families to stay safely.」

「A very nice hotel in the center of Varna. There are many dining options nearby and the hotel itself has a restaurant and bar as well. The breakfast buffet is great and provides lot's of different options, both sweet and savoury. The rooms are rather large and fitted with air conditioners. I will definitely visit again.」

「A nice smaller hotel with everything you need, and not much else. The bathroom was small, and the shower made everything wet, but nothing problematic. The beds were fine and it was real quite. Some well spent money and a place I would book again. 」

「The place is gorgeous and Maggie is the most hospitable host imaginable, she made us feel like we’re family, gave us useful tips, and helped make reservations for us. The location is also ideal. I know where I’m staying next time I’m in Varna. 」

「So beautiful, an amazing place to stay. We loved the apartment, the beach club and the restaurant. The service in the reception was completely absent, we were left to ourselves to figure everything out, but we managed :) 」

「This is a rather nice hotel which we were upgraded to a studio. Nice view that our room has a balcony. As well, clean with sufficient bathing aids. However, it is a little bit too far from the bus station. Those with heavy suitcases when going there need to go through a rather long tunnel without any lift.」

「The hotel is very nice and in a beautiful area. Carpets and rooms smell a little like cigarettes and it is not well staffed for a hotel of this caliber — ie nobody at front desk, nobody answers phone, take your own luggage, grouchy towel ladies, etc. if you’re okay with that, which I was, this place was great.」

「For the self-parking that says on description, that's not true. You will need to pay for their valet parking, they have a underground parking garage. The glasses in the room are extreme DIRTY, looks like they haven't cleaned it for 10 years! Other than these, the hotel is ok. Very good view!」
