"I had no idea what to expect after paying roughly £35.
Insanely fast WiFi, comfortable bed, very quiet.
The only thing I wished that they had was access to a larger sink to fill my water up with before I left in the morning, but overall a great stay and I would happily return."

"We had a bay view room which looked directly out onto the harbour which was lovely to wake up to
The room was spotlessly clean and modern with everything we needed built in. The tea and coffee station was tucked away nicely and there was a full size fridge with a freezer in. We found this excellent as we were travelling so it gave us a good opportunity to freeze our ice packs for the cool bag and chill our drinks down for when we set off again in the morning.

"Pleasantly surprised with the facility. Nice spacious room, well appointed but food in the adjoining restaurant is just ok, carvery looked good but cold, breakfast was fairly tasteless. Spoiled what would have been a very pleasant stay."

"This was the second time of staying at the Banff Springs Hotel. I found the whole experience very pleasing. The reception, bar and restaurant area is very clean and a comfortable place to chill. I booked single rooms for my Son and I and we both found them to be of a good size with a comfortable bed, which is all one needs after a long drive up from London. We ate in the restaurant in the evening and found that the choice of food was plentiful and a good variety of dishes. The food itself was well presented and tasty with good portion sizes.
The staff were all very polite and extremely helpful.
The only really minor faults I could find were that of no lift and as a disabled person who finds it difficult to walk I struggled with the three flights of stairs. The only other fault was that in the face of hygiene the TV remote was very dirty with a build up of grime around the buttons and failing batteries.
I would absolutely recommend staying here if you are intending to work or holiday in this beautiful East coast part of Scotland."
