Oriental is run by Ruben and his wife. Both are very kind and helpful if you have any questions. The breakfast is good and rooms also.

A great place to stay in Rurrenabaque, super friendly staff, great breakfast with lots of fruit. Getting a reservation via Expedia seems hit or miss as the website accepted a booking but hotel fully booked on the second night. Hotel staff found us a nearby hotel, but not as good as the Oriental.

The staff was the best. They were super friendly and helpful. The grounds are relaxing and quiet with hammocks. The rooms are basic but comfortable. I would stay here the next time I am in Rurrenabaque.
