"La pulizia della camera non era eccezionale al nostro arrivo, e purtroppo basta un pomeriggio di domenica di pioggia per mandare un po' in tilt la situazione. Alle ore 14.40/15 impossibile mangiare nella struttura (ristorante chiuso, minimarket chiuso, bar senza prodotti salati) ed impossibile anche recuperare un ombrello se ne sei sprovvisto. "This place is a beautiful oasis in the middle of the city. The property has gorgeous landscaping all throughout the place. There is an awesome pool and a trampoline. Patio area to chill at and the rooms are in great condition. Set up like an apartment with a full kitchen. Great location, it is not far from restaurants, a local shop and only about 15 mins from the tourist are with the Leaning Tower, Cathedral, etc. Our host Virginia was absolutely amazing and so incredibly helpful. "The Toscana village is great - so relaxing. The long stay owners are very friendly and helpful, as are the staff. The onsite bar/restaurant is good, as is the pool. There is a local town in easy walking distance with many old buildings, nice bars, and places to eat. On Saturdays there is a food market, so you can stock up on salads, fruits, vegetables, meats, and cheeses, etc. We can't wait to go back."

"We arrived at the hotel very late, to a friend of Welcome and the offer of room service for some drinks, as the hotel didn’t have a bar The staff kindly helped us to get our bags to our room which is very spacious and clean, although a little bit tired in decoration. However the excellent location of the hotel in the historic centre overlooking the river more than made up for the decor. A pleasant buffet breakfast was included in the price. All of the staff were extremely helpful & friendly. I would happily stay there again "
