「Due to a flight and a long drive from ORD, I arrived at the Carmel ESA around 3:40 AM. There was a phone at the door, so I picked it up and dialed 1 for check-in service. It was a pleasant experience—the ESA service lady came out and opened the door to assist with my check-in. Thank you, ESA!」

When we arrived, we noticed they were doing construction outside as there were 2 large lifts taking over half of the parking out front. 「This was the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time! It was priced great, had way more room in the suite than many other hotels. The staff was very friendly helpful and got to my needs immediately. (Nothing was wrong, I just couldn’t figure out how to work the tv). But they sent someone to program it and make sure that both TVs worked before they left the room. 「Arrived very late, around 2am, the reception was very nice and even offfered hot tea as I was coughing. The total experience was very good, excellent service, very clean hotel, have all the amenities avaialble, 24 hours gym .. can't ask for more ..」
