「I can’t comment on the staff because their check-in just requires you to use your phone number to access the building and your room but the hotel was excellent. The rooms have no outside noise so if you’re a light sleeper, it’s the perfect spot. I got into Portsmouth long before my check-in time so I parked in a nearby garage which ended up costing the same amount that the hotel charges ($40/nt). You’re a block away from all the shops and restaurants and a short walk to Badger’s Island in Maine...

「What a hidden gem! We feel so lucky to have stayed here, from the contactless check in to the lovely gardener! Everything was perfect, we stayed in the dashing wave and the room was beautiful, spotlessly clean, carefully thought out! 」

「Perfect location, right next to the water and downtown. Our rom was really comfortable and clearly updated with new furniture and textiles. I wish they had mentioned there was no elevator to the main floor from the street and that we had to pay for parking. I thought it was included due to the wording they used.」
