Hotel changed hands between me booking and staying, so took awhile to “find” as all the campanille signs had been removed, not being from the area, and had no knowledge of the “takeover”, this was very annoying as was the change to the parking and check out time,so no free parking, and check out changed from midday to 11am, the receptionist “Megan” was lovely, very helpful, and apologetic for the inconvenience.

Very good for the price !!!!

Clean room and bathroom, food and drink prices were not as expensive as most hotels out there. The buildings are a bit outdated but ok for our overnight trip, parking price was reasonable for 24 hour stay

Parking was an additional cost which I wasn't aware of and there was no lift to the upper floor. I was bringing an expensive embroidery machine which I can't leave in the car and had to lug up the stairs to my room.

Get new beds felt like I was sleeping on a rock, most uncomfortable night possible, I had checked out only after about 6 hours since the bed was too hard to sleep on had springs launching into my ribs and back.

Basic refelcts the price.

To be fair the hotel is not a 5* but a basic 3* but it was totally perfect for what we wanted. Upon checking in I asked if we could have a ground floor room and it was changed just like that. Room was clean, basic and had a kettle for a cup of tea. We ate in the restaurant food was perfectly adequate for the price. Brekfast was enough and freshly cooked.

Great stay

Perfect location for night before family holiday. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Only problem we had was at 0230 the morning of our flight was handing room key cards back. Reception was shut with a number to call. When you dont have time to wait about a outdoor secure drop box would of been perfect.

Excellent service

My wife and I stayed at the Campanile Hotel in Runcorn while travelling from Birmingham to Amsterdam for an early morning flight. The hotel was an excellent choice. It’s only a 3-minute walk from Runcorn station, which made our journey really convenient. Reception is open 24 hours, so checking in late was smooth and stress-free. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful, and our room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a good night’s rest before our 7:00 am flight. Despite being so close to the station, the hotel was peaceful and quiet. We had a very pleasant stay and will definitely return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable, comfortable, and well-located hotel.
