On the door, we found a welcome packet with a page inside directed to "Expedia Guest." A copy of this is attached. 「We had a wonderful stay! The innkeepers were so friendly and helpful. It was fun to learn the history of the house, especially since the were so into the history. Donnie is an excellent chef and made a wonderful breakfast for us. We were only there for one night since we were visiting our son and he only had one day off. We would definitely recommend as a place to stay for one night, or much longer. Charles Town was a cool place to visit and there are several towns around with fun downtown...

Checked into my room and it look as if someone had literally just been in there. Used towels all over the bathroom floor and the bed was unmade. Most likely dirty sheets too」
