Aucun point négatif : le personnel est très sympathique et souriant, les services comme les massages sont réalisées par des mains de maître. Les parties sauna sont de qualité, les activités gratuites comme l’Aqua gym et les médiations agréables. La piscine intérieure bénéficient de nombreux transats très confortables et la piscine extérieure, chauffée a été délicieuse malgré la fraîcheur de la météo, de nombreux espaces...

「Nice hotel with nice food and service. While we are worry about our dinner at the black forrest area, the hotel resturant gave us a surprice that their dinner and breakfast is delicious and healthy. We enjoy it very much.
Price is worth for the room stay and it is good to have free parking for driver too.
Overall is good, only the room wifi is unstable and keep on disconnect about 3 to 4 times at night..」
「1 overnatning på turen hjem. Der fortrød vi ikke, sjældent set bedre beliggenhed af et hotel, med udsigt over Schwarzwald og helt til Frankrig. Kunne sidde på terassen og spise med dette view over dalen. Selv på værelset var der balkon med bord og stol med udsigt over vinmarker. Vi kommer der igen, helt sikkert. Ligger lige på en vandrerute hvis man er til det. Dejlig service fra alle på hotellet.」
「Tolle Lage, nette Gastgeber, schönes Zimmer. Obwohl es nur eine Frühstückspension ist, hat man die Möglichkeit am Abend kleinere Speisen, wie z.B. Flammkuchen zu bestellen.
Es gibt auch eine große Terrasse mit Aussicht über das ganze Tal, auf der man entspannt einen einen Sundowner genießen kann.
