"Bei 2 Grad AuĂentemperatur nicht funktionierende Heizung im Schlafzimmer, dĂŒnne Sommerdecken, an Schlaf war nicht zu denken. Dreck hinter der TĂŒr, Staub auf dem Sofa und sonstigen FlĂ€chen. Matratze in der Mitte durchgelegen. Dass die Heizung nicht ging wurde abgestritten und der Fehler bei uns gesucht."
