「we booked with expedia and their email stated everyone in our travel group 7 adults had a 1 hour free spa experience, when we checked in the hotel said no we were not able to have this. l questioned this and showed them the email but they denied it, l feel they should have honoured this, we booked 4 rooms for 4 nights, not a pleasant check in welcome. 「Our room had ants, staff took care of immediately and we never saw. Housekeeping did not refill coffee pods or Kleenex. Doors were off kilter and would not shut.
