「One of the best hotels I’ve stayed, and I said this even with my wife’s high standard. The service and cleanliness were impeccable. There isn’t a car park but the hotel concierge was willing to help us carry our luggage from nearby carpark. We liked even the vintage elevator that came with the hotel. 」

「Room was very warm and we couldn’t seem to get the thermostat to turn lower than 25 degrees c. Reached out several times, but just told to turn off the thermostat. Fortunately the windows opened, so we could cool the room that way. But the response from management was disappointing. The floor in the bathroom was under maintenance. It was all heaved up, which made it very uncomfortable (and potentially dangerous) to walk on. I don’t think they should have rented us this apartment with the floor...

Could have done with more basic cleaning supplies (dish and dishwasher soap). Minor maintenance issues but they made the bathroom feel dirty. Mold. Broken faucet handle. The Green Room had a modern decor, nice bathroom, and a calm vibe overall. It was very quiet!
