"Such a lovely little holiday home, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Teg is literally in the middle of nowhere, blink and you’ll miss the turning so make sure you read your email directions. We didn’t! We followed the sites postcode directions which aren’t specific enough. The accommodation is so quaint, lots of lovely blues and Cornish ware China, everything you need to make a cup of tea and coffee and toast and the hosts very kindly left us a cream tea to enjoy when we arrived. "I've given this a five star review because although the rooms are fairly basic, the staff are friendly and helpful, the breakfast is good, and the location is brilliant. You're a 5 minute walk from the beach and there's a bus route right outside the hotel that can take you direct to Penzance, Marazion and St Ives (and I'm sure elsewhere, but that's all we managed). It's also incredibly good value for money. So don't expect the Ritz but for what you pay this is a really great place to stay."

"We had a beach view room and it was amazing to look at the sea from the second floor. Breakfast was included within the superior room at a premium rate, but it was worth to pay more for the view. There was always water and ice tea at the counter and coffee machine available to get hot drinks at any time, which was great. Overall it was a great stay."

"Staff were lovely, and the property is situated beautifully. However, the property itself needs extensive renovation. The rooms as very dated. The worst part though was how dirty the rooms were, and I mean filthy. All crumbs and think dust on outter edges of carpets. The soap dish in shower was think with black mould and old soap. There is also no aircon (you do get a fan) but the window barely opens and it is like a furnace at night, makes it extremely unpleasant. Only stayed there due to a wedding but would not stay again."

"The time we stayed in the hotel was ok.great for the beach and not far from town .The bed was very big and comfortable,clean sheets and good duvet,there was a few cobwebs dangling down from the ceiling above bed near window .which my grandaughter saw 1st and did want to sleep on that side of the bed in case there was a spider..the bathroom was a good size and shower and toilet. Breakfast was great plenty to choose from cereals, toast,jams,marmalade, fruit juices,different milks to choose from too.fruit ,yogurts and choice of cooked breakfast from a menu,given to you night before to choose for breakfast next day. Bacon,eggs fried or scrambled poached,sausages,fish.really good choice which was lovely. Tea and coffee pleantful too.i would diffinately stay again . Very convenient 👌 place to stay. So near the beach and a carpark too for guest . Very pleasant stay."
