「We stayed at ALPESA for a week with 2 preteen kiddos. The condo was excellent with two bedrooms and two beautiful bathrooms. Huge living space and two terraces. Communication was beyond excellent! Everything we needed or had a question, the host provided answers within seconds. The pillows were the best I have ever slept on! That’s a huge bonus! The beach is about a 10-15 min walk. 「We expected more from what we saw in the pictures. The toilet smelled, the soap container was broken, and the soap inside smelled nothing like sop, more like a hair removal cream. We had to buy soap and a room spray just so we can stay in couple hours to rest. The shower and soap dispenser were rusty and in poor condition. The duvet was not cleaned neither washed. Check in detail wasn't send to us by the check in time and until we asked for it. I'd say for the location and the property itself,...

「Staff is helpful and handled any issues that came up. Our room had water stains on the ceiling and smoke detector taken apart. The staff advised they knew about it and it was okay to stay in the room. Woke up one morning and floor was wet and moisture on the ceiling. Staff moved us to another room. The rooms are showing their wear and tear and do need to be updated. Breakfast is good. We had a sea view but there is a-lot of construction going on so you also see lots of trash next to the hotel....

While the staff was very friendly and helpful, the hotel missed the mark on quite a few aspects: room cleaning seemed very hasty (full trash can was not emptied), the quality of the breakfast was on the lower side, and the view from the room was quite disappointing.」
