So many bugs in the hotel room. When I asked about it, she came to my room and threw them out the window and said "no no it's normal" and refused to give me a different room. As well as the rest of the room was dusty.

The hotel is beautifully located, with an amazing view. We arrived late at the check-in and staff were very helpful, so the process was over quickly and we found our room shortly after. The room was comfortable, well-furnished and well-supplied, with a lovely view as well. The breakfast buffet had a wide array of very good options and was equally amazing, but the best part of the experience was the complementary sauna entrance. We only had about an hour between the sauna opening and the checkout time, but it was worth every minute, as the sauna was beautiful and incredibly relaxing. I am already making plans to come back for a longer stay!♡

Jsme rádi, že jste si pro pobyt vybral právě náš hotel a je skvělé slyšet, že jste byl u nás spokojený. Všechny pokoje nyní při rekonstrukci připravujeme na klimatizaci, ale je to poměrně složitá záležitost, která vyžaduje vysokou investici, takže musímen nejprve dokončit probíhající stavby a renovace (wellness centrum, posledních 7 nerekonsturovaných pokojů Classic, předzahrádka restaurace a další) a následně se pustíme i do všeho ostatního. Doufáme, že se k nám zase někdy přijedete podívat!

Great location a little out of town but very pretty and quite area, with a lovely garden. Plenty of car spaces as well. Staff friendly at reception and their restaurant. We also eat there for dinner which was a lovely meal, but a bit more meat would have been even better. Breakfast also good.

Bargain Hotel Stay!
Room was small and dated. Bathroom sink had blood stains on the side which were there for both days we stayed. Staff were excellent, friendly and efficient. Pool area was gorgeous however not heated so too cold for September, 15 degrees. Corridor to casino, and garden smelled strongly of stale tobacco. Breakfast was acceptable considering the economy price we paid for our stay. Dinner was excellent.... I had a cappuccino Soup which was delicious....see photo. Nice walk down to the lake and dam.

Grundsätzlich alles okay, vor allem für 3 Sterne, einzig wird beim Angebot für klimatisierte Zimmer geworben, leider steht halt nichts dabei, dass das nur für ein paar Zimmer des ganzen Hotels gilt. Außerdem ist es eigentlich die ganze Nacht ziemlich laut durch das angrenzende Casino. Der Nacht Rezeptionist war sehr schnippisch, stand nicht einmal auf beim Gespräch, gab freche Antworten und sprach mit einem Freund auf tschechisch neben unserem Gespräch und anschließend wurden wir dann von den beiden ausgelacht. Ansonsten war alles gut, vor allem auch das Frühstücksbüffet und das Restaurant und das Pool waren spitze.

Es ist ein schönes Hotel in schöner Kulisse. Umgeben von Feldern, nicht weit vom Ufer des Stausees und der Stadt Brünn entfernt. Mein "Familienzimmer" war sehr groß, das Bad modern. Das Grundstück lädt zum Verweilen ein. Es gibt einen großen Pool mit Bar und Liegestühlen. Und einen Spielplatz. Auch ein Casino, das ich nicht besucht habe. Positiv hervorzuheben ist auch die direkte Busanbindung nach Brünn. Das Frühstück war ausreichend, gut. Aber nicht besonders gut. Mir fehlten Brötchen bei der Auswahl. Und das Rührei war um 9 Uhr immer schon alle und wurde nicht nachgelegt. Typische Speisen für Kinder gab es auf der Speisekarte fürs Mittag und Abendessen nicht. Die Auswahl war auch sonst sehr beschränkt. So haben wir viel auswärts essen müssen. Oder Lebensmittel im Supermarkt in Brünn gekauft, die wir dann abends im Zimmer einnehmen konnten. Ich finde wenn man eine so eingeschränkte Menüauswahl anbietet und Kinder gleich gar nicht berücksichtigt, müssten Küchenzeilen in den Zimmern verbaut sein. Wenigstens hatte das Zimmer einen Kühlschrank...Im Moment wird auf dem Hotelgelände gebaut, so dass es ab 7 Uhr morgens sehr laut werden kann. Mit offenem Fenster zu schlafen ging also bei der Hitze nicht. Eine Klimaanlage haben nur die Premiumzimmer...Alles zusammen ist es aber trotzdem ein gutes Hotel. Gut geeignet um den See und die Stadt zu erkunden. Und um sich in schöner Umgebung zu entspannen.

Fint hotel med dejlig swimmingpool. Desværre ikke airconditioning på værelset, hvilket betød en meget varm nat. Personalet i receptionen taler godt engelsk, mens der er lidt problemer med personale i bar og restaurant. Hotellet udvider (for 2.år i træk), hvilket betød at der var store kraner i “baghaven”. Men ikke de store støjgener. Restauranten har et begrænset udvalg.

There is a air condition in rooms in Premium category, but we plan to add it into every room when we will finish whole room reconstruction, but it will take some time. We finished 1st part of room reconstruction in spring this year, we are building a new wellness center and we will start with 2nd part of room reconstruction in this winter. Perfect resort style get-away
There was a heatwave in Europe and we wanted a place to cool off, and spend a couple days. The Hotel Atlantis was a perfect choice. Although the rooms lacked AC, we were given a standup fan which made the room very comfortable. A really nice pool area and gardens with lots of shade and comfortable lounges were just what we wanted. It was possible to order drinks and lunch delivered poolside, and in the evening we had good dinners in the dining room. The bar was open late if we wanted after dinner drinks. Although it was only a ten minute drive into Brno, we were happy to stay put. There is a casino but, being from Nevada, we were not tempted. Breakfast is included in the very reasonable cost and had the usual assortment of bread, fruit, cheese, etc in addition to eggs, yogurt, and more. Most of the staff spoke some English and were very helpful and friendly. There is plenty of free parking, wifi works well, and the elevator was a plus so we didn’t have to carry our bags up any stairs.

Hotel agradable y de buen precio
Habitación amplia, limpia y buen trato del personal. Ubicación conveniente si se viaja en carro. El desayuno bufet bueno, variado y suficiente. El único inconveniente que tuve fue con el WiFi, cada vez que apagaba el smartphone debía conectarme nuevamente a la red, pero después de la tercera vez ya no me dejó conectarme más.

Unberechtigte Nachberechnung von Gebühr!
Eigentlich sollte die Bewertung positiv werden. Der 1Tag hätte für den Hotelstandard 9 von 10 Punkte erhalten. Wir waren mit Hund angereist und wurden freundlich empfangen. Keine zusätzlichen Gebühren für den Hund. Ok! Zahlung wurde per EC Karte noch einmal abgezogen und sofort wieder zurück gebucht. Ausversehen 2 mal berechnet, aber gleich gesehen da beim Ablegen der Unterlagen die Zahlung festgestellt wurde. Am 2 Tag kommen wir in das Hotel und sehen das der Service am Reinigen der Zimmer war. Einige sahen aus wie ein "Saustall", es wurden Hunde für die Ausstellung zurecht gemacht. Unsere Zimmer waren tipptopp. Dann wurden wir im Hotel angesprochen, wir möchten doch noch ca. 50€ nachzahlen weil wir mit Hund angereist sind. Wenn ich diesen Betrag bei Anreise in Rechnung gestellt bekommen hätte ok. Obwohl es der gleiche Betrag ist fast für ein Doppelzimmer. Der Betrag steht also nicht im Verhältnis! Kein Hinweis auf Gebühren, nichts. Warum wurde nicht den Gästen die Ihre Zimmer derart verschmutzt haben, eine Rechnung für die Reinigung erstellt. So wurden andere dafür bestraft. 50 % mehr bezahlt wie gebucht!

Ja, die Kollegin hat irrtümlicherweise Geld von Ihrer Kreditkarte abgezogen, aber sie erkannte den Fehler sofort und stornierte die Transaktion. Hunde sind in unserem Hotel willkommen, es ist jedoch notwendig, dafür eine Gebühr zu zahlen. Jeder muss für den Hund bezahlen. Es ist auch wichtig, dass Hunde vorab an der Rezeption benachrichtigt werden. In einigen Zimmern können Hunde nicht sein. Ich hoffe, dass Sie in unserem Hotel trotzdem so gefallen hat und wir freuen uns auf eneni Ihren weiteren Besuch.

im winter würden wir es nicht empfehlen. vor allen dingen nicht über silvester.. Die haben da überhaubt nix gemacht. noch nicht mal , ein frohes neues jahr gewünscht,, Essen schlecht,, meiste zeit kaltes essen... keinen anständigen nachtisch.. immer nur kuchen ,,,,,, Wir empfehlen es nicht weiter..........

Dear Anonymous, we are very sorry, you were not satisfied with your choice of hotel for New year eve. We didn´t mentioned anywhere, that we provide some program for that evening, so we are very sorry you were disappointed with that.

Super personál & servis. Jediná výtka se týká postele. Dvě matrace vedle sebe místo jedné velké na manželské posteli - to se nedělá.
