「房間整潔，但溶室抽氣壞了，廚房抽油煙機無燈。 Check-in instruction 按密碼，但畫面是黑色，先要隨手輕觸才有數字，應提醒住客。 加上instruction 比較亂，須時了解閱讀。 雖然有隔音窗但對街比較嘈，樓下超級搬貨，亦對馬路好多車經過。 」

「The rooms are perfect. Clean, cosy and very quiet, we did not hear almost anything at all. The only small drawback was that it was very cold during one of the days of our stay and we asked to increase the temperature in the room, as the ac monitors were blocked, but they said that they couldn’t as the system was on summer mode already and they could only make it colder. We did not spend much time in the room but it got chilly that night. But it was not as major! Maybe they can take into...

「Excellent location- very close Charles Bridge and walking distance to places we wanted to see. Just make sure you check in online a day before so you can get instructions. Do not make the same mistake we did because it can cause a delay. Staff were very helpful though even if we checked in online only on arrival.」

「冷靜公寓是非常優質的公寓，實際上比照片上更漂亮，裡面的設施一應俱全，舒適又乾淨，走路可輕鬆到達各景點，想搭公車地鐵也都幾分鐘可到，附近有大小超市自由選擇，還有一間好吃的越南餐廳，便宜又好吃，住宿時有非常詳細的住宿指南，付費的停車就在公寓內，安全便宜又方便，只是進來的大門還滿考驗開車技術的😊，非常值得推薦。」
