「Lovely warm welcome on arrival and departure. Spotless room and guest house in a quiet location. Good choice at breakfast with friendly service. Parking permit appreciated and parking available on the road and even found a space directly outside. Thanks also for the room upgrade.」

「A really good base to explore Leamington and catch up with family nearby. Staff were extremely helpful, allowing us to check in early; breakfast was amazing and freshly cooked to order; beds comfy; parking an absolute bonus (but car park fills up quickly). No restaurant but thete are so many within easy walking distance, tjis wasn't a problem at all. The bar looked good but we didn't try it. We will stay here again. Thank you.」

「Ground floor room, good shower rpom and comfortable bed. TV did not work until staff came and fixed it. Convenient location for Leamington Spa. 」

「Wow. This was an amazing experience. The woman who greeted and took care of us (Emma?) was the most wonderful host and the hardest working person I have ever met. The room was fantastic with a great view and the experience in general was magical. The only downside was that the published open times for the tavern were not correct and the links in their welcome books seemed broken. Everything else, fantastic. A great find in a historic space. Worth every penny. 」

「Close proximity to tourist spots. Very close to train station just a 5 minutes walk. Room is tidy in general. A very good boutique hotel and a good choice of hotel for first time visit to Warwick.」

「What a great retreat in the English countryside. The staff here goes out of their way to make you feel at home. Perfect place for a nice getaway. We were also excited to use the Golf Simulator nearby. Our only regret is having to check out. See you next time !」

「The room was clean and well-presented. There was no noise from the road and the staff were very friendly and helpful. . We ate in the restaurant and the food arrived hot and promptly. Would eat there again. This was the old Ramada Kenilworth - worth remembering because the sign on the roundabout still refers to it as that and it has its own exit. Excellent dual carriageway links to Coventry. If all the rooms have been renovated to the same standard as ours, the bad reviews should soon be a thing...

「On arrival was meet with a smile and asked how we were and once checked in was shown to our room and said if we needed anything not to hesitate to ask , The room was very spacious and clean , we didn`t eat there on this occasion but what we could smell coming from the dinning room was amazing . Would happily stay there again . 」

「Lovely place with great atmosphere. The locals also prefer this to the many pubs available. Had multiple stays and always had good service, clean rooms and a great breakfast to start the day. Would recommend. 」
