「Beautiful hotel in the heart of Casablanca, the room was simply amazing with all the required amenities and more (the bathroom was the definition of luxury) and the staff extremely professional, helpful and efficient. We had dinner in the French restaurant on the ground floor and it was delicious! 」

When we first arrived we were welcomed with traditional tea and cookies in the lobby and more cookies in our room. The breakfast had a variety of food with healthy options and our meal in the restaurant was also good and reasonably priced. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.」

「Room was very spacious, clean, the bedsheets crisp. Ambience was homey. Breakfast was superb, not as varied but sufficient. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. 」

「I stayed in this hotel 5 years ago, it was very nice and clean, that’s the reason I choose this hotel again. But this time my stay were not good, firstly the room is not clean, especially the bed. Secondly the smell of the room is bad, the sofa is stinking. Thirdly, the stuff are not nice and polite. Fourthly, the bathroom hot water is not stable, when you take shower, the water sometimes very hot and suddenly become very cold. I don’t think I’ll choose this hotel again. 」

「Razoável! Fica muito longe de tudo, tivemos que pegar táxi que só aceita dinheiro e vc se obriga a cambiar euros em DIRHAM. Possui chutel mas cobra 50 EUROS pelo transfer para Aeroporto , mesmo a moeda sendo dirham. Na chegada restaurante fechado só abria 19:00 e vc tinha que reservar o que queria. 「I paid through Expedia for a room described as grand apartment and the listing showed photos of the room ….when we arrived the room we were given it was from a lower category. I looked on Expedia and the exact photos of the room we were given on Expedia showed a lower price (and listed as a different category) than I paid. 「The spa is not well advertised but excellent. I had a very good Hammam and Massage treatment. Great shower. The bar was closed when I was there. Good location.」
